1. Appointments & deposits

Certain treatments require a deposit to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied to the final cost of your treatment and are non-refundable outside the cancellation window stated at checkout.

2. Cancellations & rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to the cutoff shown at booking. Cancellations made after that window may forfeit the deposit.

3. Results & expectations

Aesthetic treatment outcomes vary by individual. Descriptions and images on this site are illustrative and not a guarantee of any specific result.

4. Medical consultation

All treatments are subject to a clinical assessment. Your provider may decline or modify a treatment plan where it is not medically appropriate.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
